By placing an order, you are subject to an agreement with our terms and conditions as published on our site, hence it is advisable that you're absolutely certain about your purchase before placing an order.

  • BOUNCED PARCELS

    • Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
    • Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Runaway, Jude will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
    • Runaway, Jude reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
    • Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 15 days grace period will be forfeited.
  • PRODUCTS
    • Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products even though we try our best to minimize such difference. It may appear darker or lighter, also depending on the color resolution of tablet used to view the products.
    • There might be 2cm-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretch-ability of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products for best fit as the measurements for each product differ.
  • ORDERS
    • All purchases of items are subject to availability, though our system and team strives to provide the most accurate updates of our products’ availability. Full amount will be refunded in any event the item is not available anymore, or you can opt for an exchange of item of similar price.
    • Strictly no changes can be made on the order once it is confirmed.
    • Confirmed orders after payment made is strictly non-refundable.
    • We have the rights to make amendment on the terms and conditions, policies of our web store without prior notice.
  • PAYMENT
    • All payments has to be made through HitPay! consisting of online banking (Maybank2u, UOB bank, CIMBclicks, HLB, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Affin Bank, Bank Islam) and major credit/debit cards. Manual cash transfer and TnG e-wallet is currently accepted: please contact us for more information.
    • Orders are only confirmed and processed upon full fund receipt by Runaway, Jude.
    • All orders will be automatically cancelled if payment was not made within 10 minutes from order placement and the item will be made available to the next customer in line.
    • Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
