Q: How do I place an order?

A: At the product page, select the size of your choice and click "Add to Cart".

    You may continue shopping or choose to "Checkout".

    Click "View Cart" to confirm on the item and size selected, then click "Checkout".

    Complete the process and fill up necessary details before proceed to "Place Your Order".

    You will be redirected to the payment page via SenangPay! or PayPal (depending on your selection).

    Order will be confirmed and processed once full payment process has been completed and received.

Q: Can I place an order without creating an account?

A: Yes, of course you can! You may choose to proceed as a guest but you won't be able to do the following:

     - Parcel tracking

     - Order Status

     We'd suggest you to create an account, as it takes just a minute to complete the sign up process.


Q: I forgot my password or my password does not work?

A: Click ‘Reset Password’ and key in your email to reset your password.


Q: Can I receive my order tomorrow or specific date if I place the order today?

A: Orders for ready stock items would be shipped out the next day from the date of purchase; you will receive your orders within 4 working days (local orders), 10 working days (international orders) upon purchase. Orders for preorder items would be shipped out and estimated to reach you within 12 business days upon purchase for both local and international orders. Saturday and Sundays are excluded from the days calculation. 

*Delays may happen during peak season.


Q: Can I pick up my order directly?

A: Our warehouse is not open for Pickups or CODs at the moment. Only delivery service is available.


Payment


Q: Why can't I make payment for the item that I added into my cart previously?

A: Items added to your cart will be removed automatically if payment is not made within 30 minutes upon order placement. The item would be made available to the next customer if payment is not made within the given time frame.


Q: How do I make payment?

A: All transactions will be processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) via HitPay! consisting of the following services: Online banking (Maybank2u, UOB bank, CIMBclicks, HLB, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Affin Bank, Bank Islam), as well as Credit or Debit Card.

For overseas buyers, the currency shown on the website is an approximate value depending on the exchange rate, which may be different depending on the bank exchange rate at a particular time. Orders will be paid in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
