Q: What is the shipping fee for West and East Malaysia?
A: We offer free shipping for West Malaysia. There's RM9 shipping fee for East Malaysia but it's waived for purchases of RM150 and above.
Q: How long does it take for the item to reach me upon order placement?
A: Ready stock items will be received within 4 working days (local orders), 10 working days (international orders) upon purchase. Orders for preorder items would be shipped out and estimated to reach you within 12 business days upon order confirmation for both local and international orders. Saturday and Sundays are excluded from the days calculation.
*Delays may occur during peak season.
Q: Which country do you ship to?
A: We currently only provide shipping within Malaysia and Singapore.
Q: Will Runaway, Jude bear the import duties?
A: Please note that the delivery charge does not include any applicable import duties or taxes by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
Q: Where can I track my parcel?
A: We will send you an email with the tracking number and link once the parcel is shipped out.
Returns
1. All returns for incorrect or major defective item (torn or largely stained) are free for all of our customers. Return shipping fee will be reimbursed by Runaway, Jude while we will send a brand new piece to buyer once defective item is received. In the case of the item is out of stock, full refund will be made.
2. Returns due to unsatisfactory item (Reasons as follows) are accepted by us for domestic orders, and return shipping fee to be borne by customer.
3. Returns due to unsatisfactory item for international orders are accepted by us with the condition that both return and exchange item's shipping fees to be borne by customer.
ALL reasons listed below are NOT considered as defective items and would not be eligible for free return.
a) Size does not fit or cutting of the product is not as expected.
b) Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference.
c) Color variation from product photos due to brightness and different tablet resolution.
d) Slight design variation from product photos such as print and lace arrangements.
e) Slight size variation of within ±3cm on measurements.
f) Slight imperfections such as loose thread.
3. All returns must be shipped out by customer within 3 business days upon parcel receipt. Return/exchanges may be rejected if failed to comply within the timeframe.
4. Returns can only made one time per order number. New item exchanged is not eligible for any exchange or return, except defective items. It's strictly a "One Time Exchange" policy.
5. Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for products which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be strictly declined. All items will be checked upon parcel receipt.
6. All return must include the Invoice Slip, as attached with your original parcel.
7. The items are of your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure that the item is packed well as any damage done along the way were to be found on the item would be rejected for refund or exchange.
8. We recommend you to obtain proof of postage and keep the tracking number until your return is processed. Runaway, Jude shall not be held liable for any courier’s issues during the delivery.
9. The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will proceed with refund in terms of store credit once the item is received.
10. Only normal priced items are eligible for returns of exchange. Products purchased using discount codes or sale items are strictly non-refundable.
11. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
